11:39 Any system that has more than two mathmatical solutions is chaotic. Markets always have the bull solution
and the bear solution, so by that definition, they are chaotic. There are mathmatical tests that also prove they
are chaotic. The nature of chaotic systems is to balance (congest) at a stable "state" much of the time.
Then, when the balance is tipped, they make a chaotic move to another state of rest. The trades we want to catch
are the chaotic breaks. MoonTides try to forecast when these may come. So we limit our trading to those time windows.

suggesting small targets and patience
9:30 opening up , suggesting a low near 11:00
3 day pattern suggests today may be flat - yesterday was a bearish engulfing day - today may be an inside day
