TSLA Set To Rally
Chaos Clinic for 9/24/2021

This is a weekly chart for Tesla, TSLA. It looks ready to move higher.
I last reported on TSLA on the 7/30/2021 Chaos Clinic.
Since then TSLA has worked higher, but in a choppy manner.
After the 5:1 split in 2020, TSLA doubled, as it scaled jumped. Then after peaking at 900,
prices dropped to 540, a 360 point drop. On a wheel of 1800, this is 72 degree drop.
The ensuing correction found resistance au 720, the mid point between 540 and 900.
Now, there are four clues that TSLA is headed higher.
Most importantly, the 18 week channel has turned up as shown by the lowest circled yellow arrow,
and the top yellow arrow, which shows prices pushing the top of the channel,
This is the first clue.
The second clue is the 36 week EXMA, which is curling up, with the last ten weeks trading above
this EXMA. The third clue is that the white up trend line is intact, and the 12, and 26 day EXMAs
are moving parallel to it.
The fourth clue is the bottom wicks on the two most recent candles. They basically show that 720
is now support, where 4, 5, 6, and 7 weeks ago it was resistance.
All of these clues suggest TSLA is going higher. Proceed at your own risk.
