The Moon Powers The Election Rally

These two charts are from daytradingforecasts.com. They show how the Moon helped
power the post election rally in the S&P.
On Monday 11/4/2024 I was watching the top chart, which is chart 7 on the SPKISS page.
This chart tracks two cycles, the quarter Moon cycle, and the 19 hour cycle.
I was watching for a possible low 180 degrees down from the 5927 10/17/2024 high.
That high was on a Full Moon. The New Moon had occurred over the weekend.
At 12:35 Eastern I posted in the chat room that the quarter Moon cycle was turning up.
The "curl" in the quarter Moon cycle was increasing, and prices had bounced off
the cyan center line of the cycle ribbon
By the start of the normal session on Tuesday, the curl was clearly up. Then prices
began a steep climb. Besides the election, the FOMC meeting on Thursday helped the rally,
with traders waiting for the rate cut.
The lower chart 5 from the SPKISS page shows the electric field flux on a wheel of 1800.
Also shown are two EXMAs of 440 and 2400 minutes. Note the Moon T+180 flux line. It started up on
Monday. On Tuesday, prices bounced off the +T160 flux line, then started sharply up.
The EXMAs crossed, giving a buy signal. By midnight, prices had caught up with the
Moon T+180 flux. Since then, that Moon flux has carried prices higher.
The rally has a high probability of continuing into the Full Moon on 11/15/2024.
While the election winners are celebrating what they think they did, they are probably
unaware of the real forces at work. Being aware of these forces as seen in these charts
helped me Cash In On Chaos.

I ask because I get different timings for meridian transits when using a library like Swiss Ephemeris. There I have the Venus transit for Wall Street at 14:27 ET. Where could be the difference coming from?
